What Stratos does

We do the walk, build the map, and keep it right.

Stratos Nexus is not a do-it-yourself app. Stratos Electric's licensed electricians walk your building, build the record, verify it in the field, and run the system. Your part is to give us access and read the map.

Mapping

Three passes through your building

  1. Gear first

We start at the service and work down: switchboards, transformers, distribution and branch panels, disconnects, and generators. We photograph every panel and nameplate and record what feeds what. Because the gear is mapped first, you can plan shutdowns before the rest of the building is done.

  2. Every device

We walk every room and place each receptacle, light, switch, and hard-wired load on your floor plans.

  3. Every circuit traced

We trace each circuit from its breaker to the devices it serves, so every panel gets a verified panel schedule that matches the building.

A panel schedule built from the mapping, with every circuit, breaker size, and description.
A verified panel schedule, built from the walk, not copied from an old directory.
A receptacle record on a phone: its location, verified status, and the panel and circuit that feed it.

Field verification

Records you can trust, because someone checked

Every item in Nexus shows whether it was verified in the field, by whom, and when. Our technicians scan the QR labels on panels and devices, confirm the record matches what is installed, and correct anything that changed. When another contractor works on your system, they or your team submit the change, and Stratos verifies it.

Our guarantee: If any circuit we marked verified is wrong, we correct it at no charge and credit one month of access.

Maintenance and capital planning

Fewer surprises from your gear

We maintain your electrical equipment following NFPA 70B, the industry standard for electrical maintenance. Each visit is logged against the equipment in Nexus, and the maintenance schedule sends reminders before work is due. Problems we find go into a deficiency report with photos. Each piece of equipment gets a condition rating, and the capital plan shows what to budget for and when.

Arc flash data

The data your engineer needs, ready

An arc flash study is done by a licensed engineer. We collect what that engineer needs: equipment nameplates, conductor sizes and lengths, protective devices, and the utility's available fault current. Nexus organizes it into a study-ready data package for your engineer of record.

Nexus does not calculate arc flash hazards or produce labels; your engineer does.

Study readiness for the arc flash data package: what is complete, what is still missing, and the utility data.

Record keeping

Your building changes. The records keep up.

Tenant fit-outs, new circuits, replaced equipment: every Stratos visit updates the record, and your team sees the change the same day. Every change is kept in a permanent history.

The record belongs to your facility, not to one person. Your data is yours: export it in full at any time while your account is current.

Stratos Nexus Facility Map

Every circuit traced. Here is what is included.

  1. Facility walk and complete electrical map

Every panel, circuit, and device on your floor plans, so you know what feeds what.

  2. Verified panel schedules

For every panel, traced in the field instead of copied from an old directory.

  3. Power Trace and Shutdown Planner

See what feeds any device, and who loses power, before work starts.

  4. QR labels on panels and devices

Anyone can scan a plate to see its panel and circuit, without hunting for the right breaker.

  5. Arc flash data package

The equipment data your engineer needs for the study, collected and organized.

  6. Facility binder (PDF)

A printed reference for emergencies and staff handoff.

  7. Deficiency report with photos

Hazards and problems found during the walk, with photos of each.

  8. Maintenance and capital plan tracking

A maintenance schedule with reminders, condition ratings, and a capital plan.

  9. Work request portal

Staff and tenants send requests that are tracked to completion, not lost in email.

  10. Updated with every Stratos service

The record stays current because the people who work on your system keep it.

How pricing works

Mapping is a one-time price based on your building's square footage and facility type. Platform access is priced by the number of devices recorded. Any electrical work we do is quoted and invoiced separately. We give you a written quote after we see the building.

Founding customers

More than the map for our first facilities.

Founding customer terms are open to our first facilities only. Ask on your walkthrough whether a founding spot is still available.

  • Your first planned shutdown, run with you

We plan it with you in Nexus, and our crew is on site for it.

  • Infrared scan of your main gear

Done during the mapping walk. Anything it finds goes into your deficiency report.

  • Founding customer rate, locked for 12 months

Your founding rate stays the same for the first 12 months.
